Yogi Lalit Ji
Yogi Lalit’s spiritual journey began in the sacred environment of the Himalayas, where he was born into a traditional Brahmin family with a deep-rooted connection to Yogic wisdom. His earliest understanding of spirituality came through his grandfather and first Guru, Sri Swami Bhola Dutt, a respected Himalayan Yogi who devoted his life to spreading spiritual knowledge and guiding seekers through the valleys of the Himalayas. Under his guidance, Yogi Lalit was introduced to the values of discipline, self-awareness, service and the traditional Yogic way of living from a very young age.
At just five years old, he moved to Rishikesh, one of the world’s most significant centers of Yoga and spirituality, to continue his deeper Yogic education. Living and studying in the traditional Ashram environment gave him the opportunity to experience Yoga not simply as a physical practice, but as a complete way of life. His education included the study of Sanskrit scriptures, Vedas and classical Yogic philosophy, along with extensive training in Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Sukshma Vyayam, Ayurveda, Pranayama, meditation and various physical, mental and spiritual disciplines.
